Mark was excited to use his slick new work laptop. Unfortunately, that excitement was dashed by the hassle of a new laptop setup and getting things the way he likes them.

Mark wanted his new laptop setup for business use, a full productivity-driven machine. Using his old laptop as a template our technicians set to work. We installed a fresh version of Windows 10 and configured it exactly like on his old computer. To save him some money we pulled his Office 365 license from the old computer and transferred it to the new one, this gave him all the Microsoft productivity programs that he needed.

Critically we moved the email database onto his new laptop so he could pick up right where he left off. We also configured Toshiba Dynadock so he could continue to use his multiple screens. Finally, we configured the old laptop as a spare. Now, even in case of emergency Mark will be ready for work.
